The Robofil 4020 excels in the machining of parts in steel and carbide that demand impeccable surface integrity and quality. Charmilles Technologies has equipped it with a generator which ensures a flawless surface finish through the mastering of thermal effects. Thanks to this generator this machine can attain a quality of surface comparable to that obtained by grinding. The life of tooling produced on this machine is extended substantially.
The machine is powered up for inspection. It runs very well, the shop just upgraded to a newer machine.
